A short poem
Born unaware,
Unknowingly suppressed.
What is this world we're living in?
Who's are the faces I'm seeing?
I can't remember my reason for being.
I keep searching for the path
That will take me back
To the source.
I can almost see it.
I know I feel it.
How did we get so lost?

If I close my eyes,
Shut out the world,
Maybe I can quiet my mind
Long enough to hear the voice.
Its up to us to make the choice.
If we choose
We can be free.
We can love and live
And reunite.
We can bring back the light.
Don't forget who you really are.
Heaven isn't all that far away.
