This is a very short poem. I hope to add to it eventually.
How many times have I heard that song
Since the days when I was a child?
The tune carries me back so long
To where my dreams ran wild.
Back when the weight was easy to bear
And my shadows had different names.
To memories that float upon the air
'Til their lost among childhood games.
