love on a rainy night
Listen to the drops
of rain on a
windowsledge,
a lovers embrace
matches the rythm.
Softly speaking
the words
true love speaks,
lightening streaks
the night sky,
thunder booms
in midair as the
climax they seek
is found,
satiating the lovers bodies,
sending them to
a peaceful slumber
amidst the downpour.
