sky, blue, red, orange, horizon
The sky is blue,
and puffs of wispy white
clouds linger to chase
the day away.
A soothing breeze
can be felt,
as it blows the clouds
away.
And as the sun begins to
lower in the sky,
God's pallet has opened.
Pinks, oranges, reds and blues
paint the horizon,
in what seems to be a
random array of colors,
but if you look close enough,
and if you look long enough,
you would see a pattern
form.  See the colors blend
with the delicate finger
of our Heavenly Maker.
You will have never seen
a blue so celestial,
an orange so vivid,
pinks so soft,
and reds so brilliant.
These are God's colors,
all beautiful,
all perfect,
all exquisite in their
place in the sky.
We need to give thanks
to Him for sharing His
respelendent work of art
with us, the smallest of the
small, grateful for the
panorama we are permitted
to view at the end of
each day.
