It's a different story of love.
"You shall not love", was pronounced on her;

And her cup of happiness brimmed over,

For love and commitment were not for her flighty soul.

So love did not go out of her heart,

Though someone's did come near.

She tried to move it away,

Till it became a cause of fear.

What would happen if she loved?

Won't her wings be tied and hands cuffed?

But love did conquer her loveless heart;

And made it stall.

She steeled her heart against love

For her pride could not fall.

But Love could not thrive long

In it's cold kingdom of steel.

And it left; taking it's warmth with it

That had even managed to melt steel.

So her loveless heart hardened again;

And she was satisfied though shaken.

But even though it had hardened,

Why did it feel broken?
