This is a poem I wrote for a school assignment, revised to new condition.
Fireflies dancing
Through the deep darkness of sin and death
Singing of hope and love
That vanished long ago.

Living in the swirling cosmos
As simple and complex as hate
Yet bright wonders of God's own creation
And of times so long ago.
When of simple statis and lives we were
When beast and humanity were tigether
And all would care for ones in need.

The cosmos are in our lives
To be a comtinuous reminder
That sin does not control us
But we are at its hands.

Stars that shine so far above
Are hope in the midst of sin
Just as we watch them
Our eyes clouded with misty desire
To live in the heavens as stars
We wonder if hate is all that we can feel
Or if sin is all we do.

If we listen to the call of every star
We may see as clear as circles in a stream
The heavens are here to guide us
To light the Path of Faith.
