The feeling that encompasses your body, causes stress but easily forgotten.
Green with envy
Sitting I seethe
Fury swirling
Hurried I breathe
Rock in hand
Stuck I am
I’m broken now
Ground I slam
Thought I knew
Eyes wander away
Tears fall here
My heart in sway
Coming steps
Growing fast
Feet jump
I can’t last
Running now
Not looking back
Crying, no,
Tears I lack
Cheeks grow red
Arm he grabs
Fury flows
Words I blab
Lips they meet
Warmth we share
Feeling forgotten
People paired
Forgiven truly
Promises made
Hurts gone
Envy in fade
