It's a poem about the moon and how the poet feels about it.
                          THE MOON

I am staring at the sky
That silent and tranquail sky
I am waiting for the moon
Today
The night is starry
As though
Somoone has spilled
A bagful of diamonds
Over the blanket of blue sky.
They are twinkling
Over the still waters of pond
I am standing beside that pond
And
I am searching for the moon
I love that moon
Its crescent
Its phases
I love them all
The new moon
With its dim and thin curve
Carries my fancy
To the far-off promise land
Where
I am dancing with the princess of angels
Surrounded by millions
And millions of twinkling lights
The full moon
With its sphere and spots
Fills me with energy
And tenderness
I love it
When i feel tender
Towards the agony
That is killing me
Towards the hatred
That is directed towards me
I love it
When i'm filled with energy
Whilst the whole world
Is lazying under the covers
You see
I am waiting for the moon
To come and arouse me
To take me to the land of nowhere
I am searching for the moon
Searching for its dim and thin crescent
Searching for its sphere and spots
Searching for its cool reflection
Searching for its beautiful fancy
I am searching for the moon
I am waiting for the moon.
