A poem about Romeo and Juliet, as well as love itself.
To Romeo and Juliet
Let wings fly high above
Let souls be trusting and be free
Where all are kind to love

Be safe, be strong
Stay faithful, stay true
As they beat their wings
Through wind they flew

But to tamper with love
Is to be foolish and unwise
Cruel love shall make you suffer
And bring down one's demise

Romeo and Juliet
As foolish as they may sound
They knew true love
But alas, their love was drowned

Though love can be cruel
It causes pain to the heart
And hurts one much more
When two halves must part

Love makes us do crazy things
But who am I to disagree?
Let love lie where it stands
And let Romeo and Juliet be
