A wounded lover, giving in to the realization that he is rendered defenseless

Beautiful Thief

Whatever you want from me take it.
I'll turn my back if it makes it easier...
What is now in your pocket used to beat within me,
but keep it please, returns are now used merchandise...

Policy of the broken states I am to blame,
yes I am guilty for your actions of thievery...
Maybe I"ll find myself in a box at goodwill
long after the value has faded...

What now? The sparkle in my eye is your target,
you are poised and ready to breach...
Walls are no longer stable and you penetrate,
rape and pillage, no thought involved...
Your spoils are the life you take.

You return with a knock on the door,
no guilt on your bloody hands...
"Trust in me", you say behind a smile,
planning your next move...

Whatever you want from me take it.
