Dedicated to a girl made of glass and sugar-coated fibs.
- - glass pictures - -

you are a liar, liar, liar.
you spin sweet stories and whisper them to us.
you are a liar, liar, liar.
i wonder if anyone hates you for that.

people crumble and fade away beneath your fingers.
fragile friendships break like glass.
all of the happy memories i thought i had never existed.
so it makes me wonder . . .

if i took a knife and sliced you open, right?
what would i find?
shattered dreams . . . or perhaps carefully dressed up lies?
maybe i'd find nothing.
maybe there's a massive black hole inside of you
maybe there's . . .

liar, liar, liar, is what you are.
and you play such a pretty victim.
perfected your role and memorized your sickening lines.
liar, that you are.

does anyone notice?
does anyone notice that paper-thin mask of yours?
your crocodile tears--no, no one sees them?
that's a shame dear, really.

perhaps i shall enlighten everyone.
perhaps i shall shoot down your stories.
strip you of your flappy old skin.
make you break into glass.
like them, like them, like them . . .

you are a liar, liar, liar.
liar that you are.
that you are, are, were, were
liar . . .
