How is it that someone can feel so alone
In a world full of people
How is it that someone can feel so dead
In a world full of life
How is it that someone can feel so empty
In a world that's overflowing
How is it that someone can feel so distressed
In a world full of peace
How is it that someone can feel so scared
In a world full of courage
If you feel these things, don't become hopeless
Because you live in a world full of hope
