Laughing on my day off as others drive of early to work.
I find my self waiting
in the dusty beams of light
Fleeting memories caress my mind
as I hold here in solitude
Across the wall rainbows float in a matrix
refracting through prisms of cut glass
My skin soaks up morning heat
through my dirty windows
just like the plants on my window sill
While I smell my sweet Indian incense
cars drive by on their way to work
