Basically this poem is about the stuff that you did before you faced your fears.
                      Dreadful Delights

“ Sometimes you gotta laugh to keep from crying.”
That’s what everyone says,
But you really don’t feel like trying.
Just bottle it up, just close the case,
But someday your problems again will surface.
What do you do then?
Run away from them?
Like back when you didn’t care…
When you’d do anything, but facing your problems… you wouldn’t dare!
Take pleasure in being mean,
Take pleasure in making persons scream…
Dreadful isn’t it?
Taking pleasure in being a little twit…
And then after all the years,
You have to turn around and face your fears.
And all the dreadful delights held so dear,
Just fades away into an ocean of tears.
Freedom is sweet!
No more hiding under the sheet.
You now get to step out into a brand new day,
With all your fears dead and gone away.
