Candy musings and extrapolations
I am the wrapper and you the candy.
My purpose: to protect, encase, complete.
You, the sensual surprise I hide---------------
From the world, will leave to be-----------------
Consumed by another.

Yes, your purpose is to be consumed.
Mine is to linger,
Raped of form and void of meaning,
Disposed among the multitude.
