         Michael grabbed his very first bat.

         "Breathe," Michael whispered to himself. The bat twisted down and connected. Whoosh, it flew straight down the center.

         "Run!" The crowd cried out in unison.

         As Michael slid on first base, he stood up, dusted off, and looked. There stood his Dad with clapping hands and a full smile.
