Mornie tuel,
nor ramar eva sul
hini eva Eldar edain nall,
an silme ring quelle.
isil, alata miri eva lome
kel ukalen.
Mornie tuel

Darkness cometh,
riding on the wings of the wind.
Children of Elves and men weep
for starlight is cold and fading,
The moon, radiant jewel of the night
flows away, never to shine.
Darkness cometh.
