A girl's last talk with her brother
I looked upon my brother
Who lay?
With pain; yet happiness
On that bed of tears

He took my hand into his own
And said
Don’t worry little sister,
Don’t worry for me!

Later that night
I awoke;
Not knowing when I fell asleep
And saw his peaceful face.

Tears started to course to my eyes,
But they soon ceased
As I remembered
What he said to me that night

Don’t worry little sister,
Don’t worry for me!
I then knew he was happy
With no more pain approaching him!
