A song, the title says it all.
Hide my face in pure disgrace, got to somehow stand up tall.

Watching me anxiously, can't wait to see me fall.

You sit there just pulling hair and can't wait to see me crawl.

You wait out there but someones here to start me when i stall.

Jealousy looks at me and tries to shake my hand.

Frantically stops to see if my knees shake when i stand.

Anticipation of proclamation to scold me if you can.

In conjunction with the function to cut off my left hand.

On the street lies my dignity with no shelter from the rain.

Hold me tight and love me right, keep me from the pain.

Push and shove and wash and scrub, cleanin' up the stain.

Sanctuary from what scares me, make me whole again.

Lamentations just have patience, soon i'll shut my mouth.

Take a train just to stay sane and head out further south.

If you're strange don't ever change, don't let them snuff you out.

Gently tread with a high held head, don't worry 'bout how they shout.
