This is a collection of some poetry in many different formats
Ghazal

Tonight:

Tonight is the night all things go out to play
Tonight is the night all things go out to lay

Today is the day I think of my sweet love
Today is the day which I think to Yahweh

Everything I know is lost on me and you
Everything I know is lost on me to stray

Death is always present in my troubled mind
Death is always present even on today

Sorrow is always a special game to me
Sorrow always gets to say the last hooray

The end is the beginning of a new thing
The end of this poem is a new doorway

Haiku

I Walk Through Flowers
I See Shades of Blue, Green, Red
I Think About Love
-end

Fib Poem

Think
Do
Do not think
Do Not Think About
Anyone or Anything Else
Until you have solved this mysterious enigma
This enigma of time and space and everything around you that exists in this world
-end

ABC Poem

As I look through my window
Bored out of my mind
Continually flipping channels
Dawdling about
Everything becomes clear
Flaccid mind expanding
Going places I never thought possible
How surreal is existence
I cannot fathom its depths
Just thinking about that
Kleptomania, a pathological need to steal
Levity, amusement, opposite of gravitas
My mind is an eternal infinite void
Nothing can leave it once trapped
Of course I am bored out of my wits
Poetry, one of my creative outlets
Quantum physics
Radiation
String theory
Tupperware is useful
Underwear is clothing
Vulcan i.e. Hephaestus, lame god of the forge
Was passing through the void of my mind
Xenophobia is bad
Yes, it is very bad
Zealots are also bad
-end

Free Verse Poem

time in a bottle
thats a weird saying
what does it mean
does it imply that time is tangible
is it the number of drinks you can get in before last call
is it that stupid medicine
I dont really know
but I do know that time is relative
and that it is very subjective
and it's like toilet paper
it gets faster toward the end
opinions are like assholes
everbody's got em
tangents are fun
fun is relative
as is beauty
as is reality
and thus everything is subjective
thus is reality
what is objective truth
not real
that's what it is
and that is all I have to say for now
-end

Blank Verse Poem (in iambic pentameter)

I am sitting in my room of my house
It is relatively large but still small
Contradictions make up what is not real
Reality and such lies somewhere else
As does everything related to time
-end

Bar Form

The Aeneid is a good epic poem
It is not nearly as gruesome
As that poem by homer known as the iliad

The Aeneid is about founding a kingdom
In a place on the italian peninsula known as Latium
But first Aeneas wandered

He escaped a death most fearsome
From troy he left and became a pilgrim
But he won in the end and ultimately succeeded

Ode (terza rima, Dante Style)

Ode To Nick Drake

Free Ride, Pink Moon, River Man, all these you wrote
They have no equal in depressing beauty
You released 3 albums, pink moon your end note

Your utter lack of success made you angry
But your anger was dwarfed by your depression
Which ultimately took you from us, sadly

Your beautiful music lives on and strengthens
Me and others although you made so little
31 altogether, like river man.

You are sorely missed but you make me cheerful
Cause your music is so very beautiful
-end

more to come, taking a rest at the moment

Acrostic

Unable
Not Going to
Forget this
Or remember you
Reliving this horrible memory
Getting over it is impossible
I don't care what you say or do
Vexing is this situation
Expect nothing
Never will I do that
-end

Poem In Alexandrine Verse

In my bedroom is a large pile of books
In total there are about sixty different books
Every book is a gateway to another realm
The very many realms of imagination
Science Fiction, Post Modernism, Surrealist
Epic poetry is also in there somewhere
What if the whole of reality is a book?
Would that not be weird but cool all the same
Although that implies there is predestination
And that there is a definite ending to all
So maybe it isn't that cool after all
Because what if we are near the end of the book
