A rondeau about, well, you try and figure it out. Part of my Opposite theme colllection.
Her masquerade is in the sky,
cerulean as the sea nigh;
reminisce her shadow play
when the morning hides away
and the birds dismiss to fly.



Within her quintessent eye
fades the gleam that passes by.
The moon radiates the day.
Her Masquerade.



The midnight clouds catch his sigh,
his passion burns to cry.
Night has light to guide the way,
darkness glows her ev'ry ray-
the sun continues to try
her masquerade.
