The Ticking away of time
Time. There's never enough.
My life is ticking away like the second hand of a clock.
Can't go here and there, must choose only one.
Never enough to complete tasks, or follow through on things promised
So I sit, not choosing either, since there is not time for both.
One day it will run out, like the sand left in an hourglass
Then suddenly I will realize, time is what I had plenty of
But I let it slowly melt away, deciding to do
Nothing.
