This is a poem I wrote when I was in fourth grade.
Gallant horse with bright yellow eyes,
That cougars with their fur despise.

Whisping mane and blowing tail,
Running along a rocky trail.

Galloping along with gaining strength,
Going for a very great length.

Far and wide they stampede,
Stopping only if they need.

Past the mountains they shall go,
Even if there be snow.

Riders they do lack,
And one day they shall come back.

To this place with icy chills,
And the beautiful rolling hills.

The peaceful place where cougars despise,
The gallant horse with bright yellow eyes.
