ON MOTHER'S DAY
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Happy Mothers Day,

Thank you for being in my life

Thank you for making me, who I am today,

Without your love, I would have been dead anyway

Five kids in the house was like a war zone,

But with your love and patience, you made it a home.

You gave us good clothes to wear,

And you wore the one with the tear.

You made us to eat first,

And you stayed up with the thirst.

Night was the time we came home late,

You were always up there for us to wait.

When I became a girl teen,

You taught me to cope with girlie things and to win.

You stayed home to take care of us,

And you did that without any fuss.

Our complaints went on forever and ever,

And never did you say a word even when you had fever

In life when I failed and thought myself to be a failure,

You taught me that love and hope is the success’s pillar

When I was seriously sick and dying,

You held my hands and said “You’ll come back flying”

You taught me that love and trust is basis off all relationships,

And this is the greatest of all the gifts.

I am fortunate that you are my mother,

And there is no such other.
