A miserable day.
The day that everything went wrong,
The day I remember most,
The day that everything went wrong,
To tell the truth it was my first.

I woke up feeling terrible,
I knew I had the Flu,
I woke up feeling terrible,
I was feeling blue.

I ate breakfast in silence,
I lost it quick enough,
I ate breakfast in silence,
Then it all came up.

I stepped out into morning,
The day was freezing cold,
I stepped out into morning,
Then I saw the mold.

I fainted out in morning,
Because I’d seen the mold,
I fainted out in morning,
This was no flu or cold.

My day went by slowly,
The Cleaner came at Noon,
My day went by slowly,
I hope it’s over soon.

At the end of my day,
The Cleaner said to move,
At the end of my day,
He said to do it soon.

I’d have to leave my house,
Could this day get any worse,
I’d have to leave my house,
I feel this is a curse.

At least now I knew,
What had caused my Flu,
At least now I knew,
Why my day had turned so blue.
