Dedicated to the Israel-Gaza warfare
This ain't the world I know
This ain't the one
I close my eyes and fear make flashes
I see around everywhere is death and clashes
Disparity and destruction enfold my imagination
Where tears turn into blood
And hope is buried deep under the earth
Where truth is forbidden
Where lies takes the spur
Where the lips are mourning
And pain makes it heard
This ain't the one I had seen in my mother's womb
This ain't the one my mother told me stories about
Where would I find the one I had been?
Where is it the one I had seen?
May be in the pages old lost ones
Or just in my sweet dream that I hold one
