Despite all the struggles and conflicts - you cannot hate the person
Sol is for the sun sitting in solitude,
Unbearably potent and absolute.
More crucial than life,
Inescapable like good byes,
But how many have considered what
Inside the crust and the core lies.

So I am your muse, your hand, your heart.
Your dream came true ever since from the start.
Nurtured with love, fed in a cage,
With the world so small,
Happiness will never fade.

That is your realm, and I your subject.
But seasons somersault, changes take shape.
Visions get clearer, vantage more wide,
You are no longer my world,
And that hurts your pride.

Guilt slaps me on one side as you are the Maker,
the Garden right below your sole.
I, your slave, a truth that shouldn't falter.
But the fire is strong, and the feeling unfolds.

I sometimes wished that you fed my fuel,
So my flame will flow and fly afar.
Alas, you have another mask
Which brings me back on track,
Guiding a lost sailor like the North Star.

I am a captain, cruising for the horizon.
Even with the storms, I am grateful for the sea.
For without it, I cannot be.
In the middle of a tempest, there is peace
On the surface of the calm waters, sea monsters feast.

There is no separating the cloaked chaos from the stoic waves,
To this nurturing and destruction, I am enslaved.
