I was taking a shower and the beginning of this popped in my head. Weird, right?
"What's that?, What's this?",
The exclamations of a child,
"How does it work?",
His imagination running wild,
He thinks, he ponders,
"How can this be?",
He pokes, he prods,
"The answer, I cannot see!",
He tinkers, he probes,
Trying with all his might,
It seems nothing comes,
As he seeks the answer that is right,
The days became weeks,
And still he has no answer,
Yet, he perseveres,
He takes no help, no sir,
The weeks, flee before years,
And still he seeks,
And with new knowledge,
He takes quick peeks,
At that old trouble,
The shroud clears,
and then he feels,
a wild joy amid tears,
for, with more time,
he finally found,
the answer he sought,
now he lies content on the ground.
