these next poems describe my fear of being alone
This next collection is about my feelings of being alone, I was in 10 different foster homes in a span of 5 or 6 years. I felt all alone with no were to turn to.

ALL ALONE

I feel all alone
with no one to cling to.

I feel all alone with no one to talk to
All alone in this big wide world
without a friend to hang to

All alone as a small young child
wandering the streets looking for
anyone to hear me.

How do I get over this feeling
of being alone

So I can feel whole again.

BEING WITHOUT YOU

Being without you is like
living on the moon

Not having you near me
hurts deep inside my soul.

Sleeping without you by my side
makes the bed feel empty

Not talking to you makes me
feel like I am being pushed aside like a small rag doll

I don't like being without you in my life
as I feel so alone in a world of pain

All I ask from you is you never
leave me all alone

BE THERE FOR ME

You were there for me
when I needed a friend

You were there for me
when I needed to talk

You were there for me
when I needed to cry

You were there for me
when I needed a rock

You are the rock in my life

I fell for you so unexpectedly
and you fell for me as well

I always thought we would
be together forever

But you left me here
all alone
and gone for good.
