Health benefits
What? Health benefits from having sex.

Yes, you heard me right. People all over the world are getting healthier while having sex. Even you. Well, that is if you’re having sex twice a week or more. What kind of health benefits are we talking about? Actually, there’s quite a few health issues that sex can improve. We all dream of living longer, but did you know that in studies conducted by British, America, and Sweden scientists they found that men who stopped having sex at a younger age rarely lived passed that age of seventy-five. It’s true, so remember you’re never too old to have a hot, steamy night with your partner.

Every 25 seconds an American has a heart attack, but what can we do to reduce the risk? If you guessed sex, you‘re right. A British study reveals that people who have sex twice or more a week reduce their chance to have any fatal coronary events. People who have sex less than twice a month double their chances. On top of lowering your chances of a heart attack, a more active sex life can also lower your blood pressure. Studies in the journal, Biological Psychology, and a study by Brody state that sex reduces diastolic blood levels. This will also help your stress levels during a nerve-racking event.

So far the health benefits of sex have shown many reasons for any human to decide on a more active sexual life, but there’s more. One in eight women are affected by breast cancer during their lives. Unfortunately, there isn’t a cure, yet, but French studies have shown that women who haven’t actively had sex multiply their chances of getting breast cancer by three. What about men? Well, I have some good news for them too. Prostate cancer affects one in six men during their lifetime, but sex is here to save you. In a Minnesota study an active sexual man increases his prostate function and eliminates more waste products, which can cause prostate cancer, in his semen.

What about those migraines you get at night? Sex can help relieve pain, suggests a Whipple study. How is this so? When you have sex twice a week antibodies called immunoglobulin A or IgA increase. These antibodies protect you from colds and other infections, but if you have sex more than twice a week the antibody count isn’t as high. I guess you can over do it. How would you feel about a slimmer figure? Well, American studies have shown that only thirty minutes of sex will burn a whopping 85 calories.

Testosterone, a hormone that is used to show dominance, helps produce hair and muscles, but what does this have to do about sex? A study of a group of males who had erectile dysfunctions found that when they started having sex their testosterone levels went up. Menopause, every woman has it, but every woman hates the symptoms. What if I tell you that you can reduce these symptoms simply by having more sex? Nigeria study shows that women who actively had sex had fewer hot flashes. Why? Because sex helps regulate hormonal levels in women which reduce menopause symptoms.

Finally, in three different studies with a group of men, scientists found higher volume, higher count, and healthier sperm in the men who had more active sex lives. So, if you want lose a couple pounds, make your heart healthier, or just have some fun, turn off the lights, or keep them on, grab your partner, and show him/her how they too can benefit from sex.
