A short poem, about lack of sleep. but i don't do poems.....
I dreamed I could sleep
I slept without waking
Waking up unrested
And resting for the chance
to dream

I dreamed I could fly
I flew without waking
Woke on the floor
And wishing again never
to dream

I dreamed no dream
I knew no rest
Woke not this time
And longing forever
to dream
