A brief poem about a sneaky intrusion...
I looked into my heart for you

But couldn't see you there

I played around, you stayed around

That's how I know you cared

We sat and chat, bout this and that

We laughed with joyous glee

I stared and spied into your eyes

And knew you were for me

I had my heart just how I liked

The day that you appeared

Before I knew what happened

You did just the thing I feared

You took up room and cramped my style

I cursed your name to sin

But then you would remind me

It was I, who let you in

And so we grew, just me and you

Together in this place

I figured that you wouldn't leave

And made some extra space

Sometime I couldn't see you

You liked playing hide and seek

Then I'd get sad so you'd come out

And peck me on the cheek

"But why'd you hide," I'd scream and cry

"I thought that you'd got lost"

"You silly fool," You'd laugh and say

"I run this, Im the boss"

You never seem to realize

It always makes me grin

I never gave a key to you

You Fool, I locked you in...
