Letting go of a love
As the waves wash upon the shore
I give to the sea all my love
I had for you.
The water will take with it:
my pain, which you gave me
my shame, which I no longer will bear
my tears, which now have stopped

I will finally move on
I will let you go
Your words have no meaning
Your tears I will not dry
You are not mine anymore

I give you up
I let you go
Finally…
