I wrote this when I was commuting to London nearly 10years ago. Not great but of a time.
Amid the crowds on busy trains,
Papers shuffle, eys cast down,

Neighbours gazes can't be caught
and the slightest nudge makes people frown,

Where is the smile that can change a day,
or a friendly remark to pass the time?

Instead each robot carries a lonesome grey cloud
in world where no personality is allowed.

This and several others were written on tatty scraps of paper while I was commuting in and out of London - so far I've managed not to lose those pieces of paper but I decided to pop them on here just incase I do. This is just my record of that time and those thoughts - I don't pretend my waffles are anything more than that.

Needless to say - I'm happy now like I really wasn't then.
