loss of love using computer metaphors
Animated Friction

Falling through plastic floors,
clinging unto tinsel shutters.
You’re slipping through my mind behind
dilated eyes,
freezing before my
pixel soul,
which you pulled
apart – dot by dot.
Bubbles fall
through my ears
bursting,
awakening my
consciousness, but my mind still blocked off
by electric pain
tingling down
the mother-board, of my… eternal kind.
