In those last moments of your life what do you think of?
Final Hour

"I hit that dreaded day,
that pain that never goes away,
as I sink into the background,
fading from the foreground,
my heart skips a beat,
as I enter eternal sleep,
I pray to God,
For this terrible prod,
Of life's last pound,
I hit the ground,
Wondering, wandering,
my mind goes crazy,
my eyes go hazy,
was my life a legacy
was it more than a memory,
or was it just a story?"
