A poem to mark seven years of love :)


It was seven years ago;

When my love began to grow;

For a girl I did not know;

It was time to take it slow.



Love had struck me with a dart;

This love blossomed from the start.

Eyes so deep I saw her heart;

Once they met they did not part.



Come each morning and sun rise;

I get lost within those eyes

Within love I found a prize

Knowing love that never dies.
