Whisper secrets and lies
Whispers, whispers sound like lies,
Whispers, whispers make others cry,
Who can stand but wonder what?
Who can stand the coming cut?
What are they saying? my name or theirs?
Why are they whispering in private lairs?
Tell me now so I feel my wound!
Tell me now as I start to swoon!
Anxiety pounds within my heart,
Their secrets making my misery start,
Remember please that when you whisper,
Secrets float and find a listener.
