Not only are horses pretty to look at, but they are equally pretty to listen to.
PRETTY HORSES, PRETTY SOUND

All the pretty horses
Make such a pretty sound
Trotting down the kibbled trail
As hard hooves hit the ground.
The grey, the bay, the chestnut
Weaving through the trees
An aria of manes and tails,
Flanks and prancing knees.

All the pretty horses
Stampeding through my heart
A red pulsating river
That’s splashed with living art
By precious coats of umber
And songs upon the ground.
All the pretty horses
Making such a pretty sound!
