The dance of autumn
Autumn leaves

Autumn leaves pirouette into the desolate sky
Rising, rising ever so high
Red and gold memories of a long gone summer’s day
The cycle of life never allowing them to stay
Their time to go has drawn nigh
And so they bid the barren perennials goodbye
