Brief poem about the joy people have during Christmas
Merry Christmas

Heads filled with tomorrows joy

fall asleep with thoughts of toy

the red man, beard gray comes tonight

through the chimney a jolly sight

better put out the fireplace heat

wouldn't be a nice midnight treat

kids leave an eye open for imagination

for the red jolly Santa's image creation

they listen for a jingle at the reindeer's neck

but silent is the red ninja without leaving a speck

not a clue not a dropping

from his midnight present propping

he lays the gifts and breaks a sweat

try to give presents to the soaring population met

but at least he has a jolly snack

sip the milk, cookie attack

a bite is the only thing he leaves

and a lowered white line in the bottle set at Christmas eves

his sack is bursting at the seems

humanity is greedy in their dreams

but he's got a list and he has checked it twice

even though the naughty list has surpassed the nice

but the price of coal in these crazy days

is a present itself in the amount it pays

so everyone's happy on Christmas morning

hear the foot beats running and storming

the yells the screams heard at the ear

accompanied by the unwrapping tear

and then the tear from the eye

at the joy of the Ho h0 HO guy

take in the smell at the nose

the pine scent along with the white when it snows

spread the happiness spread the wealth

spread the candy cane and filled stocking's along the shelf

Its Christmas eve enjoy the night!

The Red and White Santa's just in sight!
