I wrote this poem a while a go to describe an event in my life enjoy :)
The shimmering sun lay down,
on the golden grains of sand connecting to the sunlit ocean.
Softening sounds of the waves rushing in and out of the
glistening sea. Coral reeves hiding the depths below.

Fishes come in different colours,
orange, blue, red and even purple
clashing with the green slimy seaweed that these depend on.
This was my holiday.
The sunset hovers over the glittering sea, showing the true colours of the magical star we know so little about.

The star had risen above the cotton candy clouds;
it deafened the stars like diamonds from the midnight moon.
The beautiful beach was hidden well.
One look at it and you would have butterflies in your stomach.

However there was a down side to this glorious site.
The sparkling waves were as cold as ice.
Apart for when the sun is high in the sky. It was magical.
It was not on the map and without tourists everything was perfect.
Peace and quite. The perfect summer get-a-way.

As you came there,
one look and you would be satisfied for life,
breathing in the salty air and sighing as you became totally content.
Though I never retruned.....hmmm I guess it was becasue
perfection in holiday only happens once or you will ruin
my perfect Summer-Get-A-Way
