Examining the judgement we all face in society.
Man should prefer to be discerned,
as nothing.
Rather than to be objectified,
as something.

What is the heart;
When the beats are counted,
Until the rhythm has been demolished?

What is the soul;
When it is dragged along,
Until the ambrosial twine has been curtailed?

What is the life;
When even the diminutive breath is wasted,
Until the futile becomes the morality?

What is a judgment;
When there is no mediation,
Until the dull ache of cowardice shines through?

Man should prefer to be discerned,
as nothing.
Rather than be objectified,
as something.
Nor, as something he is not.
