A Matter of Thought

Thoughts and matter seldom meet;
But, thoughts do matter.

Thoughts are the soul of being -
To uplift, crucify, love, or flatter.

To think is to be, to be to think,
Never one, yet together on the brink.

Matter comes into being,
often without thought;
Or so we think -
And you can't touch a thought.

Do thoughts matter?
Do we think?
Do we matter?
