The fear of old age
His papa getting old?

He often stay at home,

He his always getting cold.

His wrinkle dimples,

Tells the tales,

Of a once beautiful face.

His papa getting old?

Lucid are his shaky hold,

When he use the remote.

Gone are his bouncing steps,

He now use a walking stick while using the stairs,

Papa is getting old.

He once had the vision of an eagle,

Now he uses a spectacle.

His hairs were once shiny and black,

Obvious are his dye stained scalp.

Papa is getting old,

He looks thinner by the day,

Gone are his fatty days.

Papa's voice was always loved on radio,

Now he listen to radio,

The end of an on air hero.

Papa said we youth are lazy,

His days no internet cables,

Children love listening to fables,

Now we spend hours lazing online,

Please tell is papa getting old?

If papa spills his drink and meals,

Snore before birds return to thier pen,

Are sighs of old age,

Then i don't want to grow white hairs,

Forever young i wanna be!
