A poem about a person's point of view of what a masterpiece really is.
MASTERPIECE

each slash and jab
a masterpiece
each cry and scream
a symphony

strokes of red
vibrant and warm
bring color to her walls
of cliche photos
black frames
an empty life
false laughter
false smiles

success sketches on his face
this is his masterpiece
one of many
the best
the perfect subject

no scars of hardship
no innocence forgotten
one of bright chromatics

the canvas-her walls
the brush-his knife
the paint-her blood
his masterpiece
