The thoughts of a vampire.
Through darkened streets I walk alone.
The dead of night I call my home.
Your life I steal; your soul I own.
‘Til daylight’s shine, I rule the thrown.

You cannot hide, you cannot run.
There is no escape until the morning sun.
I hunt and kill for sport and fun.
You fear the dark, and I am that one.

I need no razor; I am my own.
I am a knife that cuts to the bone.
A shadow in the night is all that is shown,
Then darkness falls like a heavy stone.

I am a blood-crazed beast, the night my only kin.
No ray of light has ever shined upon my bone-white skin.
To live immortal as a devil is my greatest sin.
Cursed by God, scorned by man, no matter I will win.

My senses sharp my prey is near
In total darkness, I see you clear,
I hear your heart, and I smell your fear
With the taste of your blood, your end is here.

Damned to Hell by a bloody beast,
Upon your heart and soul I feast.
Ever traveling from the east,
From the rising sun, I know no peace.
