thoughts on loneliness
Whisper to the wind
the secrets of your heart.
Your thoughts and dreams.
Let them drift away on rivers of air.

Whisper to the wind
the ache of your heart
your sorrows and pain.
Let them fly away on streams of air.

Whisper to the wind
when you are alone
no smile or welcome returning home.
Let your loneliness float on currents of air.

Whisper to the wind
the desires and hopes of your heart
let them sail on wings of air
to one who listens and cares
to one who hears whispers to the wind
