follow up piece to bitem:1833442 which is depicting a tale of an abuse victim.
The sky is bluer, the sun is brighter, and the air is fresher
The bruises like chain are slowly setting me free
Each day the purple fades and I feel more like me
I am free
Free from him
Free from fear
Free from self-pity
Now I can love
Hope
Dream
Trust
He is gone and I am me
No more control, no more fights, and no more lying
No one knew
Now everyone knows
Regardless of their accusing looks
Regardless of the rumors
Regardless of the names
I AM FREE!
