Seeing a person for what they are.
For what you are.



What have you taken away?

A smothering indistinctness of betrayal.

Once we enjoyed bliss,

wide-eyed and innocent,

but your love perished.

A vengeful throng of agony -

tears follow rain, follow pain,

love torn apart.

In a storm of sorrow,

I see you for what you are.
